宫颈癌患者放疗敏感性与癌组织中HPV16-E6、p53 mRNA表达的关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌组织中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16-E6、p53 mRNA表达及与放疗敏感性的关系。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月在我院治疗的宫颈癌患者76例,均给予根治性放射治疗,采用RT-PCR检测放疗前后HPV16-E6、p53 mRNA表达。结果76例患者中,放疗疗效达到完全缓解(CR)10例,部分缓解(PR)45例,疾病稳定(SD)14例,疾病进展(PD)7例,放疗敏感率为72.37%。放疗敏感者放疗后HPV16-E6 mRNA相对表达量为0.22±0.05,明显低于放疗抗拒者(P<0.05),而p53 mRNA相对表达量为1.97±0.21,明显高于放疗抗拒者(P<0.05);放疗前、放疗后HPV16-E6与p53 mRNA相对表达量呈负相关(r=-0.530和-0.754,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中HPV16-E6、p53m RNA表达与患者放疗敏感性有关。Objective To investigate the expression of human papillomavirus(HPV)16-E6 and p53 mRNA in the cervical cancer tissues and the relationship between them and radiotherapy sensitivity.Methods 76 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from Jan 2018 to Jan 2020 were selected,all patients were given radical radiotherapy,RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of HPV16-E6 and p53 mRNA before and after radiotherapy.Results Among 76 patients,10 achieved complete remission(CR),45 achieved partial remission(PR),14 achieved disease stability(SD),7 achieved disease progression(PD),and the radiosensitivity rate was 72.37%.The relative expression of HPV16-E6 mRNA in radiotherapy sensitive patients was(0.22±0.05),which was significantly lower than that in radiotherapy resistant patients(P<0.05),while the relative expression of p53 mRNA was(1.97±0.21),which was significantly higher than that in radiotherapy resistant patients(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between HPV16-E6 and p53 mRNA expression before and after radiotherapy(r=-0.530 and-0.754,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of HPV16-E6 and p53 mRNA in the cervical cancer tissues are related to the radio therapy sensitivity of the patients.
