曲克芦丁联合疏血通治疗脑梗死的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死疾病特点,评价联合曲克芦丁、疏血通治疗的预后效果。方法92例脑梗死疾病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采取疏血通治疗,观察组采取疏血通联合曲克芦丁治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%高于对照组的84.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SF-36评分(88.50±6.50)分高于对照组的(75.50±5.50)分,NIHSS评分(10.50±1.30)分低于对照组的(16.50±1.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲克芦丁联合疏血通在协同作用下提升了脑梗死治疗效果、生活质量,安全性理想。Objective To analyze the characteristics of cerebral infarction,and evaluate the prognostic effect of combined treatment with troxerutin and Shuxuetong.Methods A total of 92 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuetong,while the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong combined with troxerutin.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 97.83% in the observation group was higher than 84.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score(88.50±6.50)points of the observation group was higher than(75.50±5.50)points of the control group,and the NIHSS score(10.50±1.30)points was lower than(16.50±1.50)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Troxerutin combined with Shuxuetong treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of cerebral infarction with ideal safety.
