摘　　要：目的探索他汀类药物与抗血小板聚集药物联用对缺血性脑血管病的治疗效果。方法100例缺血性脑血管病患者,采用单双号随机化法分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,实验组采用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平。结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率94.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG及LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平均高于治疗前,且实验组患者的TC(4.26±0.85)mmol/L、TG(1.22±0.40)mmol/L及LDL-C(1.58±0.55)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.05±1.05)、(1.50±0.63)、(2.22±0.75)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.88±0.65)mmol/L高于对照组的(1.60±0.48)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病患者实施他汀类药物与抗血小板聚集药物联用的治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of statins combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into the control group and the experimental group by randomization of odd and even numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the experimental group was treated with aspirin and atorvastatin.The clinical efficacy and blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than before treatment in this group,and the level of HDL-C were higher than before treatment in this group;the TC(4.26±0.85)mmol/L,TG(1.22±0.40)mmol/L and LDL-C(1.58±0.55)mmol/L in the experimental group were lower than(5.05±1.05),(1.50±0.63),(2.22±0.75)mmol/L in the control group,and the HDL-C(1.88±0.65)mmol/L was higher than(1.60±0.48)mmol/L in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of statins combined with antiplatelet aggregation drugs on patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is significant.
