不同药物治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)的特点、治疗要点,对比分析不同药物治疗的预后效果。方法80例OSF患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取曲安奈德治疗,观察组患者采取曲安奈德联合丹参注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的相关指标[包括口腔黏膜病损面积、最大张口度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)]。结果观察组患者的总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的口腔黏膜病损面积、VAS评分、IL-6、TGF-β1均小于本组治疗前,最大张口度大于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的口腔黏膜病损面积(4.50±0.60)cm2、VAS评分(2.10±0.50)分、IL-6(12.45±3.50)ng/L、TGF-β1(8.10±2.80)μg/L均小于对照组的(5.50±0.80)cm2、(2.90±0.80)分、(15.60±4.50)ng/L、(11.10±3.20)μg/L,最大张口度(37.33±5.50)mm大于对照组的(33.50±4.50)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合丹参注射液治疗OSF的效果理想,可促进患者症状体征改善。Objective To analyze the characteristics and treatment points of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF),and compare the prognostic effects of different drug treatments.Methods:A total of 80 patients with OSF were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide,and patients in the observation group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide in combination with Danshen injection.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,and related indicators[oral mucosal lesion area,maximum mouth opening,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,interleukin-6(IL-6),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate 95.00% of the observation group was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the oral mucosal lesion area,VAS score,IL-6 and TGF-β1 in the two groups were all less than those before treatment in this group,and the maximum mouth opening was greater than that before treatment in this group;the oral mucosal lesion area(4.50±0.60)cm2,VAS score(2.10±0.50)points,IL-6(12.45±3.50)ng/L,TGF-β1(8.10±2.80)μg/L in the observation group were all lower than(5.50±0.80)cm2,(2.90±0.80)points,(15.60±4.50)ng/L,(11.10±3.20)μg/L in the control group,and the maximum mouth opening(37.33±5.50)mm was greater than(33.50±4.50)mm in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with Danshen injection is effective in the treatment of OSF and can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms and signs.
