摘  要:目的:探讨分类教学(耐力)对大学生呼吸机能的影响。方法:在安庆师范大学随机抽取公共体育专业学生,实验前,通过1600m跑,试将学生分为实验组(S组)和对照组(C组),教学周期为16周。实验组每周参加1次分类教学(耐力)的公共体育课和2次课余锻炼,运动强度以心率衡量,需要达到的心率为次最大心率(195-年龄)。对照组不安排除公共体育课之外的任何有组织的实践教学活动。结果:实验组和对照组男、女生实验后,各指标均没有显著变化(P>0.05);实验后,男、女生各指标变化在组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:该分类教学(耐力)方案未能显著改善大学生的呼吸机能,公共体育专业体育课的负荷强度还有待提升。Objective:To explore the effect of classified teaching(endurance)on respiratory function of college students.Methods:The subjects were randomly selected from the Public Sports majors of Anqing Normal University.Before the experiment,the students were divided into experimental group(Group S)and control group(Group C)through 1600 m test.The teaching cycle was 16 weeks.The experimental group participated in a public physical education class of classified teaching(endurance)and two after-school exercises every week.The exercise intensity was measured by heart rate,and the heart rate needed to reach was the second maximum heart rate(195-age).The control group was uneasy and excluded any organized practical teaching activities other than public physical education.Results:There was no significant change in the indexes of boys and girls in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The classification teaching(endurance)program failed to improve the respiratory function of college students,and the physical education load intensity of public physical education majors needs to be improved.
