摘　　要：薹用不结球白菜(薹菜)以菜心、红菜薹为代表,起源于中国,在岭南和长江流域有悠久的栽培历史,近年来以迟菜心、秋香828、中薹1号为代表的专业薹菜的选育及推广带动了新型薹菜品种的发展,未来丰产、优质和抗性仍然是新品种选育的3大主题,但能够满足周年供应、满足规模化种植、适应机械化种植采收的品种将更受欢迎。薹菜将向专业化、优质化和差异化方向发展,满足规模化和集约化生产的需求。Bolting non-heading Chinese cabbage (tai-tsai),represented by flowering Chinese cabbage and red flowering Chinese cabbage,originated in China and had a long cultivation history in Lingnan and the Yangtze river basin.In recent years,the breeding and promotion of professional tai-tsai represented by ’Chicaixin’ ’Qiuxiang 828’ and ’Zhongtai No.1’ have driven the development of new tai-tsai cultivars.High yield,good quality and resistance will be still the three main themes of new cultivar breeding in the future.However,cultivars that could meet the annual supply,large-scale planting and mechanized planting and harvesting would be more popular.Tai-tsai would develop in the direction of specialization,high quality and differentiation to meet the needs of large-scale and intensive production.
