气排钉在沙发框架结构中的应用

摘　　要：作为沙发框架大规模生产中最常用的连接件,气排钉深刻影响着框架结构的稳定性。因此为探究气排钉在生产中的实际应用情况以及可能对框架稳定性造成影响的因素,通过对厂家的实地考察、与相关工作人员沟通以及资料查询分析的方式,研究了气排钉在沙发靠背、底座以及扶手框架中的实际使用情况。结果显示气排钉在沙发生产过程中存在着气排钉数目、角度杂乱以及气排钉枪的气压缺乏统一标准等问题,提出要通过产研结合、多元化研究、建立行业标准以及技术引进与开发的方案进行改进,以期能为沙发行业中气排钉使用标准的建立提供一些参考,使沙发框架结构的稳固性不再参差不齐。Through the field investigation of sofa frame production of manufacturers,the problems existing in the development of sofa frame are found and some solutions are put forward.This paper studies the application status of air exhaust nails in the backrest,base and armrest frame of sofa,and summarizes the problems of disordered number and angle of air exhaust nails and the lack of unified standard of air pressure of air exhaust nail gun in the production process of sofa.It is proposed to carry out research through the combination of production and research,so as to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of solving problems;Through diversified research,standardize the use of air exhaust nails and even improve the structure;Improve the industry level by establishing industry standards;Reduce labor cost through technology introduction and development.
