摘　　要：随着近年来住房政策的变化,小户型住宅在房地产市场中所占份额逐年上升,成为年轻人购房的热门选择。为改善小户型住宅面积较小、空间不足等问题,尽可能地提升小户型住宅中住户的居住体验,通过分析多功能家具的特征和优势,对多功能家具在小户型空间中的设计应用进行探讨。并基于当下的用户行为和案例调研分析市场需求,围绕床上空间这一主题对床类家具进行创新实践研究。采用多功能家具设计的方法,在占地面积不变的前提下,对现有的床类家具结构加以设计改进,设计出一种可供人在床上进行学习和娱乐活动的多功能床,为使用者的生活提供便利。With the adjustments of housing policy in recent years,the share of small apartment in the real estate market has increased year by year,which has become a hot choice for younger house buyers.In order to improve the limited residential area and space shortage of small apartment,the residential experience of the small apartment should be improved as much as possible.Through the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of multifunctional furniture,the design and application of multifunctional furniture in small apartment space were discussed.Based on the living behavior and living habits of the young people,the innovation and practice research on bed furniture around the theme of bed space was carried out by the method of multifunctional furniture design.Under the premise of the constant land occupation,a multifunctional bed was designed by improving the existing bed furniture structure to enable people to study and entertain on the bed,which will facilitate the life of users.
