摘 要:目的:优选肝癌介入栓塞用香叶木苷温敏凝胶的基质处方。方法:以胶凝温度为指标,基于单因素分析,采用星点设计-响应面法优化并验证肝癌介入栓塞用香叶木苷温敏凝胶基质处方中泊洛沙姆407、泊洛沙姆188、羟丙甲基纤维素的最优配比。结果:肝癌介入栓塞用香叶木苷温敏凝胶最优处方为泊洛沙姆407∶泊洛沙姆188:羟丙基甲基纤维素=20.0238%∶4.0001%∶0.6096%;胶凝温度为34.9℃。结论:本实验优化方法预测性良好,优化后的肝癌介入栓塞用香叶木苷温敏凝胶质量可控,可进一步研究开发。Objective:To optimize the matrix formulation of thermosensitive gel of diosmin for interventional embolization of liver cancer.Methods:Based on univariate analysis,the optimal proportion of poloxamer 407,poloxamer 188 and HPMC in the prescription of thermosensitive gel of diosmin for interventional embolization of liver cancer was optimized and verified by star point design-response surface method according to gelation temperature of gel.Results:The optimal prescription of thermosensitive gel of diosmin for interventional embolization of liver cancer included 20.0238%poloxamer 407,4.0001%poloxamer 188 and 0.6096%HPMC.The gelation temperature was 34.9℃.Conclusion:The optimization method in this study had a good predictability,and the quality of the optimized thermosensitive gel of diosmin for interventional embolization of liver cancer can be controlled.It can be further studied and developed.
