摘　　要：目的了解助产领域专家对国内助产研究生当前使用的护理学专业研究生课程设置的建议,为构建独立规划的助产学研究生培养方案提供依据。方法2019年8月至2020年6月,采用自行设计的助产学研究生课程设置调查问卷对国内288名助产专家进行调查。结果助产学专业研究生的基础类课程体系中,最重要的3门课程是高级健康评估、循证护理和高级护理实践;在助产学核心课程理论中,新生儿护理与急救、产前检查与母胎监护和分娩期护理三个章节的开设最为重要,应重点强化并增加学时占比;在授课方式上,认同度最高的为工作坊、线上授课和课堂学习;在考核方式中,实操演练认同度最高。多数专家认可实践周期为产房3~10个月、产科病房4~6个月、产科门诊3~6个月;产房实习不同项目中,新生儿复苏技术认同度最高。结论助产学作为一门独立的专业,应构建独立的助产学研究生课程设置,以满足其培养目标和岗位能力需求。Objective To explore the suggestions of midwifery experts on the nursing graduate curriculum programs for midwifery graduate students in China,so as to provide a basis for constructing an independently-developed midwifery graduate training program.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on midwifery graduate curriculum program was used to investigate 288 domestic midwifery experts from August,2019 to June,2020.[WTHZ]Result The most important three courses in the basic course system of midwifery graduate curriculum program were Advanced Health Assessment,Evidence-Based Nursing and Advanced Nursing Practice.Among the core theories of the Midwifery course,neonatal care and first aid,prenatal examination and maternal-fetal monitoring,and childbirth care were the most important three chapters,which should be strengthened with increased proportion of class hours.In terms of teaching methods,workshop,online teaching and classroom learning were the most recognized.Field practice was the most recognized evaluation method.Most experts agreed with the clinical practice periods of 3 to 10 months in the delivery room,4 to 6 months in the obstetrics ward,and 3 to 6 months in the obstetrics clinic.Neonatal resuscitation technique ranked the most recognized among those techniques practiced in the delivery room.Conclusions Midwifery is an independent major.The independent midwifery graduate curriculum program should be developed to meet its training goals and job competency needs.
