摘  要:目的探讨萨提亚模式心理护理对青少年抑郁障碍患者负性情绪和自尊的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2019年7月至2020年4月某院收治的42例青少年抑郁障碍患者为对照组,2020年5月至2021年2月收治的40例青少年抑郁障碍患者为观察组。对照组采用精神科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予萨提亚模式心理护理措施。采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(short-form version of the depression anxiety stress scale,DASS-21)、自尊量表(self-esteem scale,SES)进行评定,比较两组青少年抑郁障碍患者负性情绪和自尊的改变。结果观察组和对照组入院时、入院后3周、入院后6周DASS-21各维度评分随时间变化逐步下降(P<0.05),且观察组入院后3、入院后6周DASS-21各维度评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组和对照组入院时、入院后3周、入院后6周SES评分随时间变化逐步升高(P<0.05),且观察组入院后3周、入院后6周SES评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论萨提亚模式心理护理能够有效改善青少年抑郁障碍患者的负性情绪,提高其自尊水平。Objective To explore the influence of Satir model for psychological care on the negative emotions and self-esteem of adolescents with depressive disorder.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 42 adolescents with depressive disorder admitted from July,2019 to April,2020 as the control group and 40 adolescents with depressive disorder admitted from May,2020 to February,2021 as the observation group.The control group received routine psychiatric care,and the observation group received Satir model for psychological care together with routine care.The Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-21)and the Self-Esteem Scale(SES)were used to evaluate and compare the changes of negative emotion and self-esteem between the two groups of adolescents with depressive disorder.Results The scores of DASS-21 dimensions at admission,three and six weeks after admission decreased over time in both groups(P<0.05).The scores of DASS-21 dimensions three and six weeks after admission in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The SES scores at admission,three and six weeks after admission increased over time in both groups(P<0.05).The SES scores three and six weeks after admission in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions The Satir model for psychological care can effectively reduce the negative emotions and improve self-esteem of adolescents with depressive disorder.
