健步走对职业人群身体相关指标的干预作用

摘　　要：目的分析健步走对职业人群身体相关指标的影响。方法选取来自宁夏各机关事业单位并参加2017年“万步有约”职业人群健步走的302名职工为研究对象,以连续健步走100 d的运动方式进行干预,比较其健步走前后的脂肪量、肌肉量、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比、内脏脂肪指数、基础代谢等指标的变化情况。结果健步走能降低研究对象的脂肪量、体质量、BMI、腰臀比、内脏脂肪指数、身体年龄(P均<0.05),对肌肉量和基础代谢无明显改善(P均>0.05);健步走能降低女性腰臀比,对超重或肥胖人群的体质量降低更明显(P均<0.05);健步走对20~29岁年龄组人群各指标无影响(P均>0.05)。结论健步走可改善职业人群健康状况,可以作为职业人群改善身体功能的锻炼方法。Objective To analyze the effect of brisk walking on the body-related indexes of the occupational population.Methods Totally 302 adults who participated in the“take ten thousand steps together”brisk walking encouragement competition in 2017 were selected from the government and public institutions in Ningxia.To intervene of brisk walking for 100 days,the changes in body mass,body mass index(BMI),fat mass,waist-hip ratio,visceral fat index were compared before and after brisk walking.Results Brisk walking could reduce fat weight,body mass,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,visceral fat index and body age(P all<0.05),but had no significant improvement on muscle mass and basic metabolism(P all>0.05).Brisk walking can significantly reduce female waist-to-hip ratio,especially for overweight or obese people(P all<0.05).Vigorous walking had little effect on all indexes in the age group of 20-29 years old,and the difference was not statistically significant(P all>0.05).Conclusion Brisk walking can significantly improve the physical indicators of the occupational groups,and can be used as an exercise method to improve the physical function of the occupational group.
