摘　　要：红十三军是正式编入中国工农红军序列的14支红军之一。由于多方面的原因,其从艰苦创立到最后失败,斗争历程比较短暂,但有其重要的历史价值。有必要全方位探析其创立背景和失败原因,获得启示,更好的推进新时代中国特色社会主义各项建设事业前进。The 13;Red Army is one of the 14 Red Armies officially incorporated into the sequence of the Chinese red army of workers and peasants. Due to various reasons, from the arduous creation to the final failure, the struggle process is relatively short, but it has important historical value. It is necessary to analyze the founding background and the reasons for its failure in an all-round way,and obtain enlightenment, so as to better advance the various construction undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
