退伍复学大学生职业生涯规划的影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着我国科技强军战略的提出,大学生士兵已经成为一支不可忽视的重要力量。在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,退伍复学大学生职业生涯规划日益受到关注。文章详细分析了退伍复学大学生在职业生涯认知、意愿、需求三个方面的调研数据,指出了退伍复学大学生群体在个人、学校、国家等方面面临的职业生涯规划问题,并从个人参与度、课程内容设计及政策保障支持等方面给出适切的建议。With the strategy of building a strong army through science and technology in China, college student soldiers have become an important force that cannot be ignored. Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation", career planning of demobilized and re-educated college students has attracted increasing attention. The article analyzes the veteran resumption college schooling in career cognition, willingness, demand from three aspects of survey data, points out the veteran resumption college schooling groups in such aspects as individual, school, national career planning problems, and gives proper advice from perspective of individual participation, the course content design and the policy support and so on.
