摘  要:直升机桨叶模态试验是探究直升机桨叶设计制造分散性的重要检验手段,而试验结果的准确性对后续的桨叶生产定型具有关键意义。在进行直升机桨叶模态试验时,分别布置不同数量、同一规格的拾振传感器进行对比试验,来研究传感器附加质量对直升机桨叶模态试验的影响。对试验结果进行分析发现,在试验过程中由不同数量的传感器所带来附加质量对试验结果具有显著的影响,并且桨叶振动的模态越高,试验结果所受影响越大。Helicopter blade modal test is an important test which means to explore the dispersion of helicopter blade design and manufacturing,and the accuracy of the test results is of key significance to the subsequent blade production and finalization.In order to study the influence of additional mass of sensors on helicopter blade modal test,different number of vibration sensors with the same specification were arranged for comparative test.It was found that the additional mass brought by different number of sensors had significant influence on the experimental results,and the higher the blade vibration mode,the greater the influence on the experimental results.
