摘  要:为降低燃料电池的启停循环因素和动态负载循环因素对燃料电池性能的影响,保证燃料电池的耐久性,在等效氢气消耗最小策略基础上,增加负载限制策略和启停控制策略,实现对燃料电池输出的瞬时功率波动的限制和对燃料电池开启和关闭的控制。在更贴合车辆实际行驶情况的WLTC工况下进行仿真实验对比。结果表明,本文提出的策略相较于不使用限制策略和只使用负载限制策略的情况,等效氢气消耗分别增加5.95%和4.15%,但燃料电池的电压衰退分别减少54.26%和40.67%,启停次数分别减少44次和29次,在保证燃油经济性情况下,能够更好的减缓燃料电池的性能衰退,提高其耐久性和延长使用寿命。To reduce the degradation of fuel cell performance caused by start-stop cycle times and dynamic load cycle time and ensure the durability of fuel cell,the load limit strategy and start-stop control strategy are added on the basis of the minimum equivalent hydrogen consumption strategy,so as to restrict the instantaneous power fluctuation of fuel cell output and control the start-up and shutdown of the fuel cell.The simulation results show that the equivalent hydrogen consumption increases by 5.95%and 4.15%,respectively,but the voltage decline of fuel cell decreases by 54.26%and 40.67%,respectively,compared with the conditions of no limiting strategy and only using load limiting strategy.The number of start and stop can be reduced by 44 times and 29 times,respectively,which can better slow down the performance decline of fuel cell,improve its durability and prolong its service life under the condition of ensuring certain fuel economy.
