摘  要:目的优选荷叶-山楂提取物的制备工艺。方法以提取时间、加水量、提取次数为考察因素,以出膏率、荷叶碱和槲皮素提取率为评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验优选提取工艺;并在此基础上,以温度、浓缩时间、烘干时间为考察因素,以荷叶碱和槲皮素含量为评价指标,采用单因素试验优化浓缩和干燥条件。结果最优制备工艺为加8倍量水,提取2次,每次30 min,合并提取液,滤过,滤液在80℃条件下减压浓缩,60℃条件下减压干燥,得干浸膏,粉碎,过80目筛。结论优选的荷叶-山楂提取物制备工艺稳定、合理,可用于工业化生产。Objective To optimize the preparation process of Nelumbinis Folium-Crataegi Fructus extract.Methods The extraction process was optimized by the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test with the extraction time,water addition amount and extraction times as the investigation factors and the past yield of nuciferine and the content of quercetin as the evaluation indexes.On this basis,the concentration and drying conditions were optimized by the single factor test with the temperature,concentration time and drying time as investigation factors and the contents of nuciferine and quercetin as evaluation indexes.Results The optimal preparation process was as follows:extraction twice with adding eight times the amount of water,30 min each time,combining and filtering the extraction solution,vacuum concentration at 80℃,and decompression drying at 60℃to obtain the dry extract,which was crushed and sieved through 80 mesh sieve.Conclusion The optimal preparation process of Nelumbinis Folium-Crataegi Fructus extract is stable and reasonable,which can be used for large-scale production.
