摘　　要：科技型企业是创新活力之源,科技金融政策是创新助推之器。资金网络将企业与资金供给方紧密连接,知识网络将企业与知识元素相互匹配,两者都是企业满足创新需求的重要媒介。然而,科技金融政策能否借助双重网络——资金流与知识流的力量以实现创新绩效的进一步提升有待研究。文章在界定宏观导向类、资金支持类、平台建设类和专利保护类四类科技金融政策的基础上,将宏观政策、中观网络和微观企业相结合,深入挖掘资金网络和知识网络特征在科技金融政策与企业创新绩效关系中的调节作用,研究发现:资金支持类、平台建设类和专利保护类科技金融政策对企业创新绩效具有显著提升作用;资金网络中心度增强了资金支持类和专利保护类科技金融政策对企业创新绩效的提升作用,并在一定程度上弥补了宏观导向类政策的不足之处;知识网络中心度增强了资金支持类、平台建设类、专利保护类科技金融政策对企业创新绩效的提升作用。Scientific and technological enterprises are the source of innovation vitality,and scientific and technological financial policy is the booster of innovation.Capital network closely connects enterprises with capital suppliers,and knowledge network matches enterprises with knowledge elements.Both are important media for enterprises to meet innovation needs.However,it remains to be studied whether science and technology financial policy can further improve innovation performance with the help of dual networks:capital flow and knowledge flow.Based on the definition of four types of science and technology financial policies:macro orientation,financial support,platform construction,and patent protection,this paper combines macro policy,meso network,and micro enterprise,and deeply excavates the regulatory role of the characteristics of capital network and knowledge network in the relationship between science and technology financial policy and enterprise innovation performance.It is found that financial support,platform construction,and patent protection policies can significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises;the capital network centrality enhances the role of capital support and patent protection science and technology financial policies in improving enterprise innovation performance,and makes up for the shortcomings of macro oriented policies to a certain extent;the centrality of knowledge network enhances the role of scientific and technological financial policies such as financial support,platform construction,and patent protection in improving enterprise innovation performance.
