摘　　要：散货舱门的打开机构包括打开机构与打开驱动机构,由于散货舱门是向内翻转打开的,没有提升运动,所以打开驱动机构的设计为该舱门打开机构设计的重点。结合舱门的打开方式及载荷大小等因素为舱门选择了合适种类的动力源,同时基于打开驱动机构的设计原理应用CATIA草图分析模块对其进行载荷分析。最后对舱门的打开进行运动仿真模拟分析,验证了打开机构满足其功能要求。Opening mechanism of the bulk cargo door includes opening mechanism and driving mechanism.Because the bulk door's opening type is upward and inward,and there is no lift during its opening.So the driving mechanism design will be the key point of the opening mechanism design.Appropriate power source for the door is chosen combined with the opening type and the load size of the door.Based on the design principle analysis of the driving mechanism,the loads of the driving mechanism is analyzed using the CATIA Sketcher design modular.Opening mechanism of the door is simulated,and the result certifies that the opening mechanism can meet the functional requirements.
