摘 要:劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,是实现立德树人根本任务的必由之路,是中国特色劳动教育的新时代延续。新时代加强劳动精神培育,有利于增强学生将学科知识向实践能力转化的自觉意识,树立正确的劳动观,激励学生把报效祖国、服务人民、奉献社会作为价值追求。当前大学生中存在的劳动认知弱化、劳动态度偏失、创造性劳动能力不足等劳动精神缺失的现实境况,既有多元社会环境的影响,也折射出当前教育生态的失衡和学校劳动教育的缺位。对此,必须从扶正育人目标、强化思政劳育、弘扬劳动文化、健全评价体系等路径,把劳动教育作为人才培养体系的重要一环,将劳动精神培育融入教学全过程,厚植劳动精神培育的文化土壤,推动劳动精神培育常态长效发展。As an important part of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, labor education is the way to practice the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity in cultivation. It is the continuation of labor education with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The cultivation of labor spirit in the new era helps to strengthen the students’ consciousness to transform the scientific knowledge to practical ability, set up correct attitude towards labor, and to encourage the students to reward the country, serve the people and devote to the society. Yet presently, the college students do not realize the importance of labor. They tend to have incorrect attitude towards labor, or are not capable enough of creative labor. These are caused by the multi-social environment, and reflect the the ignorance of college labor education in an imbalanced system. The countermeasures are as follows: to set a correct education objective, strengthen the importance of ideological instruction and labor education, promote the labor culture, and to improve the evaluation system, so as to make labor education an important part of talent cultivation system, integrate the cultivation of labor spirit in the whole education process, to prepare rich cultural environment and push the cultivation of labor spirit forward in a normal and long-term way.
