摘 要:选取福州地铁5号线农林大学站至洪塘站区间,对邻江地铁隧道软硬不均地层盾构机的刀盘转速、刀盘扭矩、总推进力、贯入度和掘进速度等掘进参数进行了分析,优化后得到了盾构机掘进参数的范围值,解决了目前仅依赖盾构监测数据来评估盾构实时状态的缺陷,为今后复杂地层下盾构机掘进参数的设定提供了参考。Taken a section between Agriculture and Forestry University station and Hongtang station of Fuzhou Metro Line 5, the tunneling parameters of shield machine of subway tunnel adjacent to the River in soft-hard interphase layer, such as cutter head speed, cutter head torque, total thrust, penetration and driving speed are analyzed. After further optimization, the range value of shield tunneling parameters is obtained, which solves the defect of only relying on shield monitoring data to evaluate the real-time state of shield, and provides a reference for the setting of shield tunneling parameters in similar strata in future.
