摘  要:对采自太原市小店区的一株野生双孢蘑菇G1菌株进行了初步的驯化栽培。结果表明:在所选培养基范围内,G1菌株最适宜的母种培养基是马粪培养基,最适宜的原种培养基是小米培养基。G1菌株在马粪稻草栽培料和玉米秸秆牛粪栽培料上均可出菇,在玉米秸秆牛粪栽培料上其产量和生物学效率最高,分别为42.48克/袋和30.33%。Artificial cultivation of an Agaricus bisporus strain G1 collected from the wild in the Xiaodian District, Taiyuan was described. The results showed that among media tested, horse-dung medium was the optimum original strawn medium for strain G1,and millet medium was the optimum strawn medium of this strain. G1 strain could produce mature fruiting bodies on either cowdung + cornstalk substrate or horse-dung + straw substrate. The maximum yield(42. 48 g/bag) and biological efficiency(30. 33%)of G1 strain were obtained on the substrate consisting of cow-dung and cornstalk.
