摘  要:教师是高校的第一资源,师资队伍是民办高校办学的核心要素,师资队伍建设是提升办学水平的重要策略。现阶段,河南民办高校应把教师视为学校最重要的资源,高薪选聘和科学考核优秀人才,强化师资培训和师德建设,提高教师科学素养;政府部门明确民办高校教师的“事业编制”和规范职称评审制度;民办高校应实施弹性工作制,采用目标激励、情感激励、考评激励等多重举措科学合理实施教师激励,提高教师福利待遇,完善教师薪酬体系,为教师创造良好的教学科研环境。Teachers,as the first resource for the university,should be regarded as the core element for the school-running level in private universities,and teaching staff construction is the important strategy for them to improve the school-running level.At present stage,private universities in Henan province should regard teachers as the most important resource of the schools,select and employ excellent talents with high salaries and scientifically assess them,strengthen teacher training and the cultivation of teacher ethics,and improve teachers’scientific literacy;government departments should clarify the“career establishment”and standardize the professional title appraisal system in private universities;and private universities should implement flexible working system,adopt multiple measures such as target incentive,emotional incentive,and evaluation incentive to motivate teachers scientifically and reasonably,improve the welfare treatment of teachers,improve the salary system of teachers,and create a good teaching and research environment for teachers.
