摘 要:水鸟是湿地最敏感的指示物种之一,在表征物种多样性的同时能够体现湿地健康水平。为掌握湿地生态系统的健康状况,本文以苏州市9处湿地为样地,分别于2019年5月(春)和10月(秋)以样线法和样点法进行鸟类调查,基于鸟类完整性指数(Bird-IBI),以前3位优势种个体比例、Shannon-wiener指数、Pielou指数和敏感水鸟分类单元数4个指标构建Bird-IBI评价体系对苏州湿地健康状况进行评价。结果表明:1)苏州市9处湿地共记录到鸟类183种,隶属于15目37科,其中雀形目鸟类种数最多;苏州湿地春秋两季鸟类停歇过境活动频繁,其种类和数目变化较大。2)太湖绿洲湿地Bird-IBI得分最高,健康状况最好,其次是天福和沙家浜湿地,最差的是阳澄湖湿地。3)空间分布上,苏州湿地健康状况没有呈现明显规律;时间尺度上,除同里和沙家浜湿地以外,其余湿地秋季Bird-IBI值均高于春季。研究结果可为湿地的管理及生态修复提供数据支持。Waterbirds are one of the most sensitive indicator species in wetlands,which can reflect the health of wetlands while characterizing species diversity.To understand the health status of wetland ecosystems,this paper selects 9 wetlands in Suzhou as sample plots and conduct bird surveys in May(spring)and October(autumn)in 2019 using line transects method and point counts method.Based on Bird integrity index(Bird-IBI),the proportion of the first 3 dominant species,Shannon-wiener index,Pielou index and the number of sensitive waterbird taxa are used to construct bird-IBI evaluation system,which is then adopted to evaluate the health status of the wetlands in Suzhou.The results show:1)A total of 183 bird species,belonging to 37 families and 15 orders,have been recorded in 9 wetlands in Suzhou,among which passerine birds have the largest number,and the species and number of birds in Suzhou’s wetlands have changed greatly in spring and autumn as birds stop and transit frequently in the two seasons;2)The Taihu Oasis Wetland has the highest bird-IBI score which means the best health status,followed by Tianfu and Shajiabang wetlands,and the Yangcheng Lake is the wetland with the worst health status;3)In terms of spatial distribution,there is no obvious regularity in the health status of the wetlands in Suzhou.On time scale,the Bird-IBI values of the wetlands in autumn are higher than those in spring,except for Tongli and Shajiabang wetlands.The research could provide the data support for the wetland management and ecological rehabilitation.
