摘　　要：患者,男,38岁。躯干、四肢起丘疹、结节1年。组织病理示:真皮浅中层血管增生,血管周围及胶原间可见少许多核巨细胞及淋巴细胞、组织细胞、浆细胞。免疫组织化学染色:CD68、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD20、CD79、CD30阳性,Ki-67<10%。诊断:泛发型多核细胞血管组织细胞瘤。A 38-year-old man presented with papules and nodules on his trunk and limbs for 1 year.The histopathological examination showed vascular proliferation,infiltration of multinucleate cells,lymphocytes,tissue cells,and plasma cells around blood vessels and between collagen.Immunohistochemical staining showed positive for CD68,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD20,CD79,CD30,Ki-67<10%.The diagnosis of generalized multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma was made.
