摘 要:在“双一流”建设背景下,结合华中农业大学应用化学专业的实际情况,分别从优化实验教学内容、改革实验教学方法、创新考核方式三方面进行了课程改革探索。结果表明:通过分层次实验设计、问题导向式教学、创新性过程式考核的实施,使得综合化学实验课堂教学各环节更具规范性、科学性;通过跨学科、多技能综合训练,学生的自主学习能力、科研素养和创新能力明显提高,学生的科研兴趣更加浓厚,为毕业论文和后续学习深造打下了坚实基础,有助于卓越拔尖型人才的培养。Under the background of"double first-class"construction,combined with the actual situation of applied chemistry specialty in Huazhong Agricultural University,the reform and exploration were carried out from the aspects of optimizing the experimental content,reforming the experimental teaching methods,and innovating the assessment methods.The results indicate that through the implementation of hierarchical experimental design,problem-guided teaching and process innovative examination,all links of comprehensive chemistry experiment classroom teaching are more standardized and scientific;Through multi-level,interdisciplinary and multi skill comprehensive training,students'scientific research literacy and innovation ability can be cultivated,which is conducive to the cultivation of outstanding and top-notch talents.
