摘　　要：桂枝汤由桂枝、芍药、炙甘草、生姜、大枣五味药组成,桂枝温、通、补、降,芍药补、缓、敛、活,炙甘草补、缓、清、和,生姜散、降、温、补,大枣补血充脉,五味药均有补虚的功效,且整体药性偏于温热,功在温补气血,可作为治疗气血虚寒的基础方,用于治疗里证、虚证。桂枝汤衍生方中桂枝加桂汤温通疏肝、降逆肝气;桂枝加芍药汤治疗太阳表邪未解,下陷太阴而致腹部气血不和、血脉不利及脾络瘀滞证;桂枝去芍药加蜀漆龙骨牡蛎救逆汤补助心阳,潜纳心神,蜀漆祛痰浊邪气,助心神归位;小建中汤温补气血,化生营卫;桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗因中焦不调而致的阴阳不和证。临证应用时,以桂枝汤温补气血作用为基础,结合其调和营卫,调和气血,调和阴阳,调和脾胃,调和肝脾功用,根据病情调整用量,疗效显著。Cinnamon Twig Decoction consists of Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Shaoyao(Radix Paeoniae Alba seu Rubra),Zhigancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens) and Dazao(Fructus Jujubae).Guizhi can warm,dredge,tonify and descend;Shaoyao can tonify,slow,astringe and activate;Zhigancao can tonify,slow,clear and harmonize;Shengjiang can disperse,descend,warm and tonify;Dazao can replenish blood in the vessels.The five herbs all have the effect of tonifying deficiency,and the overall property is partial to warm and heat.The function lies in warming and tonifying qi and blood.The formula can be used as the basic formula for treating qi-blood deficiency and cold,and can be used to treat interior syndrome and deficiency syndrome.Among the derivatives of Cinnamon Twig Decoction,Cinnamon Twig Decoction with Extra Cinnamon can warm and dredge and disperse the liver,suppress upward perversion of liver qi.Cinnamon Twig Decoction plus Peony can treat the syndrome of disharmony of abdominal qi and blood,unfavorable blood vessels and stagnation of spleen collaterals caused by the unresolved exterior pathogens of greater yang sinking into greater yin.Cinnamon Twig Decoction removing Peony combined with Decoction of Folium Dichroae and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae for Rescuing Frigid Extremities can supplement heart yang,calm the mind,especially Shuqi(Folium Dichroae) can remove phlegm and turbidity and pathogenic qi,and help the mind return to its position.Minor Center-Fortifying Decoction can warm and replenish qi and blood,transform and generate nutrient qi.Cinnamon Twig Decoction combined with Folium Dichroae and Os Draconis Decoction can treat the disharmony of yin and yang caused by the imbalance of the middle energizer.In clinical application,it is necessary to take the effect of Cinnamon Twig Decoction on warming and tonifying qi and blood as the basis,combine other modified formulas to reconcile the functions of nutrient and defense qi,qi and blood,yin and yang,spleen and stomach,liver and spleen,an
