微创技术和传统技术在复杂牙拔除术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微创技术和传统技术在复杂牙拔除术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于本院行复杂牙拔除术的患者303例,根据手术方式不同分为微创组(n=152)和传统组(n=151)。微创组采用微创拔牙技术,传统组采用传统拔牙技术。比较两组手术时间、术中及术后并发症。结果微创组手术时间短于传统组(P<0.05);微创组术中断根、牙龈撕裂及牙槽窝不完整发生率均低于传统组(P<0.05);微创组术后出血、疼痛、肿胀、干槽症、张口受限、下颌关节受损发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统技术比较,微创技术在复杂牙拔牙手术中能明显缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effects of minimally invasive techniques and traditional techniques in complex tooth extractions.Methods 303 patients who underwent complex tooth extractions in our hospital from January 2019 to 2020 January were selected.they were divided into minimally invasive group(n=152) and traditional group(n=151) according to the different surgical methods.The minimally invasive group adopts minimally invasive tooth extraction technique,while the traditional group used traditional tooth extraction technique.The surgical time,intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the minimally invasive group was significantly shorter than with that of the traditional group(P<0.05);during operation,the incidence of broken roots,gingival tears and incomplete alveolar sockets in the minimally invasive group was significantly lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05);the incidences of postoperative bleeding,pain,swelling,dry socket,restricted mouth opening and mandibular joint damage in the minimally invasive group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional techniques,minimally invasive techniques can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications in complex tooth extraction operations.
