摘　　要：医患关系的和谐与否是影响我国社会主义和谐社会建设的重要因素之一,党中央历来重视我国医患关系的建设。本文从社会治理体系和治理能力的角度,探求医患关系的友善和谐问题,分析了医患关系的基本内涵、发展历程、影响因素等内容,剖析医患关系面临的困境,指明医患关系存在信息不对称、缺乏信任、缺乏有效沟通等一系列问题,提出构建友善和谐的医患伦理关系需要社会各方发挥合力,共同追求人民向往的美好生活。The harmony of doctor-patient relationship is one of the important factors affecting the construction of socialist harmonious society in China.The Party Central Committee has attached importance to the construction of doctor-patient relationship in China.From the perspective of social governance system and governance ability,this paper explores the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,analyzes the basic connotation,development process and influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship.We analyze the difficulties faced by doctor-patient relationship,and point out that there are problems in doctor-patient relationship,such as information asymmetry,lack of trust and effective communication.It is proposed that the building of a harmonious doctor-patient ethical relationship requires all society to work together to pursue the beautiful life that people yearn for.
