摘　　要：目的:研究潜态相关多肽(LAP)蛋白在结直肠腺瘤癌变中的作用。方法:收集2016年9月—2017年6月在福建医科大学附属第二医院诊治的健康体检、结直肠腺瘤及结直肠腺癌三组人群的肠组织,运用Western-blot印迹法检测各组织中LAP蛋白的表达水平,进而分析其与临床病理的关系。结果:(1)LAP蛋白的表达水平依次为结直肠腺癌者>结直肠腺瘤者>健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)LAP蛋白的表达水平与腺瘤上皮内瘤变的级别、腺癌淋巴结转移及浸润深度呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LAP蛋白对结直肠腺瘤癌变的发生及发展具有促进作用。Objective:To research the role of LAP protein in the carcinogenesis of Colorectal Adenoma.Methods:The intestinal tissues of three groups of people who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2016 to June 2017 were collected.Western-blot blotting was used to detect the expression level of LAP protein in various tissues,and then to analyze its relationship with clinical pathology.Results:(1)The expression level of LAP protein was in the order of colorectal adenocarcinoma>colorectal adenoma>healthy physical examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The expression level of LAP protein was positively correlated with the grade of adenoma intraepithelial neoplasia,adenocarcinoma lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LAP protein can promote the occurrence and development of colorectal adenoma.
