摘 要:当前,就业形势瞬息万变,高校毕业生就业心态与行为也随即发生转变。对60名大学生的深度访谈发现,大学生就业心态呈现出整体求稳、依赖、矛盾、理性等新常态。从社会生态系统理论视角来看,无论是来自家庭、学校等内圈环境因素,还是来自社会经济、行业市场、教育文化等外圈环境因素,其所具备的时代属性都会直接或间接地影响大学生就业心态,使学生在就业过程中形成相适应的思想认知与行为偏好。基于当前就业生态环境对学生就业心态的影响,需要进一步加强就业个体分类研究与指导、完善就业环境动态分析与评估、推进就业服务“全生态圈”体系建设与保障。At present,the employment situation is changing rapidly,and the employment mentality and behavior of college graduates are also changing.Through in-depth interviews with 60 college students in Shanghai,it is found that the employment mentality of contemporary college students presents a new normal of overall stability,dependence,contradiction and rationality.From the perspective of social ecosystem theory,whether from the inner circle environmental factors such as family and school or from the outer circle environmental factors such as social economy,industry market and education culture,their era attributes will directly or indirectly affect college students’employment mentality and enable students to form appropriate ideological cognition and behavior preferences in the process of employment.Therefore,based on the impact of the current employment ecological environment on students’employment mentality,it is necessary to further strengthen the research and guidance of individual employment classification,improve the dynamic analysis and evaluation of employment environment,and promote the construction and guarantee of the“whole ecosystem”system of employment service.
