区域一体化背景下长三角高等教育资源共享的实现路径

摘　　要：由于高等教育资源本身具有稀缺性且存在配置不均衡、效率不高等问题,面对高等教育高质量内涵式发展的现实要求,有必要在长三角区域一体化的基础上实现长三角高等教育资源共享。从功能作用、品质效用和交易专用三个维度理解高等教育资源是其共享研究的逻辑起点。以教育内外部关系规律和共享经济为理论基础,长三角高等教育资源共享有利于长三角一体化形成合力、释放潜力、增添动力、激发活力。资源配置机制和社会融合机制是长三角高等教育资源共享价值的实现机制。建立协同驱动机制、建设长三角高等教育资源共享平台、建设长三角产业创新生态链是凸显长三角综合优势、促进长三角高等教育资源共享、创建长三角高等教育示范区的行动路径。Due to the scarcity of higher education resources,unbalanced allocation and low efficiency,to meet the practical requirements of high-quality connotative development of higher education,it is necessary to realize the sharing of higher education resources in the Yangtze River Delta on the basis of regional integration.Understanding higher education resources from the three dimensions of function,quality,utility and transaction specificity serve the logical starting point of its sharing research.Based on the law of internal and external relations of education and sharing economy,the sharing of higher education resources in the Yangtze River Delta is conducive to the integration of the Yangtze River Delta to form joint forces,release potential,increase power and stimulate vitality.Resource allocation mechanism and social integration mechanism are the realization mechanism of the shared value of higher education resources in the Yangtze River Delta.Establishing a collaborative driving mechanism,building a higher education resource sharing platform and building an industrial innovation ecological chain in the Yangtze River Delta are the action paths to highlight the comprehensive advantages of the Yangtze River Delta,promote the sharing of higher education resources in the Yangtze River Delta and create a higher education demonstration zone in the Yangtze River Delta.
