摘 要:目的评价具有偏心截面设计的三种镍钛根管器械在S型金属根管模型内的抗疲劳折断性能。方法使用数学建模及3D打印制作S型金属根管模型。选取M-Wire合金且横截面为偏心矩形的ProTaper Next,CM Wire合金且横截面为偏心矩形的FengduX-Gray,常规合金且横截面为偏心螺旋三角的Revo-S作为实验组,常规合金且横截面为等边三角的ProTaper作为对照组,使用静态疲劳折断实验获得其断裂时间、最大循环周数及断裂长度。结果所有器械均为根方弯曲处先折断,然后冠方弯曲处折断。CM Wire合金(FengduX-Gray)的断裂时间及最大循环周数显著高于其他各器械(P<0.05),各器械的断裂长度均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论S型金属根管模型使各器械展现出良好的轨迹一致性。CM Wire合金(FengduX-Gray)以及M-Wire合金(ProTaper Next)显示出更出色的抗疲劳折断性能。Objective To evaluate the fatigue fracture resistance of three nickel-titanium instruments in the S-shaped metal root canal model.Methods Three kinds of endodontic instruments were selected as experimental group,ProTaper Next with M-Wire alloy and off-centered rectangle cross-section,Fengdu X-Gray with CM-Wire alloy and off-centered rectangle cross-section,and Revo-S with conventional alloy and off-centered spiral triangle cross-section.ProTaper with conventional alloy and equilateral triangle cross-section was used as control group.S-shaped metal root canal model was made,which was similar to the height of the original resin root canal,by mathematical modeling and 3 D printing.Static fatigue fracture test was used to evaluate the nickel-titanium instruments in the metal root canal model to obtain their breaking time,the number of cycles to failure and the length of the fractured fragment.Results For all instruments,the root bend was broken first,and then the crown bend.In both crown bending and root bending group,the fracture time and the number of cycles to failure of CM Wire alloy(Fengdu X-Gray)were significantly higher than those of other instruments(P<0.05),and the length of the fractured fragment was not different(P>0.05).Conclusions The S-shaped metal root canal model shows good track consistency for each instrument.Under static conditions,CM Wire alloys(Fengdu X-Gray)and M-Wire alloys(ProTaper Next)show better fatigue fracture resistance than conventional alloys(Revo-S and ProTaper).
