摘 要:目的 探讨个别正常牙合牙尖交错位下Spee曲线深度与咬合力、咬合接触面积的关系。方法 选取18-28岁安氏I类个别正常牙合均角女性64例,测量Spee曲线深度、牙尖交错位下咬合力与咬合接触面积;对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果 Spee曲线深度、咬合力及咬合接触面积在正常牙合左右两侧间的差异均无统计学意义。不同Spee曲线深度组咬合力、咬合接触面积有明显统计学差异。随着Spee曲线深度增加,咬合力与咬合接触面积呈递增趋势。Spee曲线深度与咬合力、咬合接触面积均呈正相关。结论 个别正常牙合左右侧咬合基本平衡;Spee曲线深度与咬合力、咬合接触面积关系密切。Objective To investigate the relationship between the depth of the Spee curve and occlusal force and occlusal contact area in individual normal occlusal intercuspal position. Methods The depth of Spee curve, occlusal force and occlusal contact area in intercuspal position were measured in 64 women aged 18-28 years with Angle Class I normal occlusal angle, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the depth of Spee curve, occlusal force and occlusal contact area between the left and right sides of normal occlusion. There was significant difference in occlusal force and occlusal contact area among different Spee curve depth groups. As the depth of the Spee curve increased, occlusal force and occlusal contact area showed an increasing trend. The depth of Spee curve was positively correlated with occlusal force and occlusal contact area. Conclusions The occlusion of individual normal occlusion is basically balanced on the left and right sides, and the depth of Spee curve is closely related to occlusal force and occlusal contact area.
