摘  要:在回顾了海盐苦卤化工企业产品结构,分析了现有技术和产业问题的基础上,介绍了一种海盐苦卤综合利用新工艺,大大降低能耗,提高氯化钾、氯化镁的收率,以副产硫酸钙生产的缓控释钾钙肥附加值较高,以老卤为原料可制备高纯镁砂和PVC。新工艺不仅为苦卤化工企业的产品结构调整指明了方向,也有望实现苦卤化工企业扭亏为盈的目标,并为行业的长远发展提供了借鉴。On the basis of reviewing the product structure of sea salt bittern chemical enterprises and analyzing the existing technology and industrial problems,a new process for comprehensive utilization of sea salt bittern is introduced,which greatly reduces energy consumption and improves the yield of potassium chloride and magnesium chloride.The slow-release and controlled-release potassium calcium fertilizer produced by calcium sulfate has high added value.High purity magnesia and PVC can be prepared from old bittern.The new process not only pointed out the direction for the product structure adjustment of bittern chemical enterprises,but also is expected to achieve the goal of turning losses into profits for bittern chemical enterprises,and provided a reference for the long-term development of the industry.
