摘  要:新时代中小学校党建引领学校德育课程具有重要的政治价值、教育价值和文化价值。现阶段中小学校党建引领德育课程建设还面临着领导体制机制尚欠科学系统,德育课程政治引领作用发挥不充分,德育课程教师队伍缺乏专门化、专职化、专业化的管理和培育等现实挑战。中小学校党建应坚持问题导向,完善中小学校德育课程建设的领导机制,打造德育“金课”,加强学校、家庭、社会的合力协同,优化德育教育人才培育机制,实现党建育人与教学育人共同发展。In the new era,the moral education curriculum led by the Party building in primary and secondary schools has important political value,educational value and cultural value.At the present stage,the moral education curriculum construction led by the Party building in primary and secondary schools is still faced with some realistic challenges,such as the lack of scientific and systematic leadership system and mechanism,the insufficient political leading role of the moral education curriculum,and the lack of specialized,full-time and professional management and cultivation of the moral education curriculum teachers.The Party building in primary and secondary schools should adhere to the problem-oriented principle,take the initiative to perfect the leadership mechanism of the moral education curriculum construction in primary and secondary schools,create the“golden lesson”of the moral education curriculum,strengthen the synergy of school,family and society,optimize the cultivation mechanism of moral education talents,and realize the common development of the Party-building education and the teaching cultivation.
