摘  要:上海市实验教学示范中心下设的材料综合实验课程是上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院学科精品理论课程的配套实验教学课程,主要包括基础技能培养、综合能力培养和专题创新拓展,其中材料制造焊接实验项目是专题创新拓展实验教学的主要内容之一。依托于学院焊接学科的实验基地和上海市实验教学示范中心的设备资源,开展实验设计、综合分析的多层次焊接类专题创新拓展实验,使同学们加强了对理论知识的认识、提高了实验动手能力、激发了科学研究的兴趣和提升了自主创新的素质。通过高效地设计和实施焊接创新拓展实验项目,完善实验教学考核评价内容、实现多元化的实验效果考核模式,可以显著地提高本科生实验教学质量,并为其他专题创新拓展实验项目提供借鉴。The course of Material comprehensive experiment of Shanghai Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center is a supporting experimental course for the excellent theory courses in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The course mainly includes the training of basic skills,comprehensive ability and thematic innovation and development.The experimental project of the welding is one of the main contents of the experimental teaching for the innovation and thematic development.Relying on the welding research base of the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the equipment resources of Shanghai Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center,the welding innovation and development experiments of multi-level design and analysis are carried out.The understanding of theoretical knowledge is strengthened,the experimental practice ability is improved,the interest of scientific research is stimulated and the quality of independent innovation is improved by the student.Through the efficient design and implementation of the welding project,the improvement of experimental teaching evaluation content and the realization of diversified experimental effect evaluation mode can significantly improve the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching and provide reference for other innovation experiment projects.
