摘  要:随着国家对安全重视程度的提升,高校不断加强实验室安全管理工作,并形成了一些管理体系。为了防止体系固化带来的问题,不断提升实验室安全管理水平,使安全管理更好地支持科研发展和人才培养,亟需从安全管理的本质和内涵出发,对实验室安全管理理念进行科学系统的总结,以此来指导高校实验室安全管理整体工作。在调研欧、美、亚世界一流大学实验室安全管理的基础上,从实验室安全文化、安全管理方式、机构及队伍建设、教育培训及准入等方面对实验室安全管理理念进行了阐述。同时,以清华实验室安全管理理念及实践作为例子,以期为高校实验室安全管理水平的提升带来启示。As the country pays more attention to safety,universities have continuously strengthened laboratory safety management and formed some management systems.In order to prevent the problems caused by the solidification of the system,we should continuously improve the level of laboratory safety management,and make safety management better support the development of scientific research and talent training.It is urgent to explore the essence and connotation of safety management,and conduct a scientific and systematic summary of the laboratory safety management concepts to guide colleges and universities the overall work of laboratory safety management.On the basis of investigating the laboratory safety management of world-class universities in Europe,America and Asia,this article expounds the laboratory safety management concept from the aspects of laboratory safety culture,safety management methods,institution building,training and access.At the same time,taking Tsinghua University’s laboratory safety management concepts and practices as an example,it is hopeful to bring enlightenment to the improvement of the laboratory safety management level of colleges and universities.
