摘  要:为研究温度梯度荷载对高速铁路大跨度连续梁桥上CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道的影响,基于梁-板-轨相互作用原理建立无缝线路计算模型,分析了轨道板竖向温梯荷载和阴阳面横向温梯荷载作用下轨道结构的力学特性,并采用隔枕校核值研究了两种荷载对高低和轨向静态不平顺的影响。研究结果表明:轨道板竖向温梯荷载对钢轨垂向位移和中长波高低不平顺的影响相对较大;横向温梯荷载对钢轨横向位移影响极大,同无温差荷载相比,当温差为5℃和10℃时,横向位移极值分别增大了121.30%、242.59%;随着横向温梯荷载的增大,轨向偏差整体呈增大趋势,简支梁梁端向阳侧高低偏差逐渐减小,背阴侧高低偏差逐渐增大,而连续梁梁端变化规律相反;阴阳面横向温差荷载对轨向偏差影响较大,横向温差主要影响阴阳面高低偏差的分布,而温差荷载的大小直接影响轨向偏差幅值。研究成果可为高温差地区桥上无缝线路的设计提供参考。In order to study the influence of temperature gradient load on CRTS I double block ballastless track on a long-span continuous beam bridge of high-speed railway,a CWR calculation model is established based on the principle of beam-slab-rail interaction.The mechanical properties of track structure under vertical and transverse temperature gradient loads of track slab are analyzed,and the check value of the sleeper is used to study the influence of the two kinds of loads on the static height irregularity and track direction.Research results show that:The vertical temperature gradient load of track slab has relatively great influence on rail vertical displacement and medium and long wave height irregularity.The transverse temperature gradient load has a great influence on the lateral displacement of the rail.Compared with the load without temperature difference,the extreme value of lateral displacement increases by 121.30%and 242.59%respectively,when the temperature difference is 5℃and 10℃.With the increase of transverse temperature gradient load,the overall track deviation tends to increase.The height deviation of the beam end of the simply supported beam to the sunny side gradually decreases,and the height deviation of the back-shady side gradually increases,while the change rule of the beam end of the continuous beam is opposite.The transverse temperature difference load has a great influence on the track deviation.The transverse temperature difference mainly affects the distribution of the height deviation of the sunny and shady surfaces,and the magnitude of the temperature difference load directly affects the amplitude of the track deviation.The research results can provide reference for the design of CWR on bridge in the area with high temperature difference.
