摘 要:采用全装配式内部结构是实现隧道快速施工的重要途径,但在列车振动长期作用下,不同型式的内部结构与拼装方式产生的动力响应差异较大,可能造成内部结构变形或连接节点失效。鉴于此,调研了现有装配式内部结构类型,针对金塘海底隧道提出选用全装配式内部结构方案,对比分析不同内部结构方案(全拼装、部分拼装、全现浇)与不同连接方式(两端固结、一端固结一端水平铰接)下盾构隧道内部结构的列车振动响应,并通过现场实测验证了全装配式内部结构优越性。结果表明:(1)列车交会行驶将引起列车振动下内部结构的位移、加速度、主应力提前且振幅变化,不同部位加速度与主应力差异很大、且会出现激增现象;(2)提出全装配式内部结构两端固结以及非封闭式二衬部分装配式方案。前者在施工速度质量以及结构受力变形上有优势并通过现场情况得到了验证,后者不需要考虑螺栓疲劳失效且在拱顶、拱底沉降上较为优异;(3)结构的受力变形主要受内部结构方案以及接头连接影响,节点的连接方式与刚度将对隧道内部结构在列车振动下的整体性与稳定有较大影响。Using integral assembled internal structure is an important way to realize rapid tunnel construction.But under the long-term action of train vibration,the dynamic responses of different internal structures and assembly modes are quite different,which may result in deformation of internal structures or failure of connecting nodes.In view of this,the article investigates the types of existing fabricated internal structures,presents and selects an integral assembled internal structure scheme for Jintang Subsea Tunnel,and compares the train vibration responses of shield tunnel under different internal structure schemes(full assembled,partial assembled,full cast-in-place)and different connection modes(tied at both ends,tied at one end and horizontally hinged at the other end).The advantages of full assembled internal structure are verified by field measurement.Research shows that:(1)The meeting of two trains will cause displacement,acceleration,and principal stress of internal structure in advance,and amplitude change under train vibration.The accelerations and principal stress at different positions differ greatly and surge may take place.(2)The schemes of integral assembled internal structure tied at both ends and partially assembled internal structure with unclosed secondary lining are proposed.The former has advantages in construction speed,quality and structural stress and deformation,which is verified by the field situation;the latter does not need to consider the fatigue failure of bolts,which is superior in the settlement of vault and arch bottom.(3)The force and deformation of the structure are mainly affected by the internal structure scheme and the connection between joints.The connection mode and stiffness of joints will have great influence on the integrity and stability of the tunnel structure under train vibration.
