摘  要:变形缝是屋面防水中的薄弱环节,尤其针对采用柔性防水做法的浅埋地下室顶板种植建筑或地景式建筑,屋面变形缝尚未形成成熟有效的做法,因此,需研究一种兼顾结构可靠性和景观效果的变形缝构造。以北京地铁环球影城站为研究和工程实施对象,在梳理和收集已有变形缝处理措施的基础上,充分研究不同变形缝构造的适用性和局限性,同时结合工程实际特点,优化变形缝构造,最终形成一种适用于种植屋面的互扣式防水密封构造。该构造设置了多道防排水措施,防排结合,可靠性强,解决了常规做法维修难度高、景观效果差的问题,可广泛应用于屋面工程。The deformation joint is a weak link in roof waterproofing,especially for the shallow-buried basement roof planting or landscaping buildings with flexible waterproofing method.The deformation joints of roof have not become a mature and effective practice.Therefore,a deformation joint structure with high waterproofing reliability and landscape continuity is urgently needed.By taking Beijing Metro Universal Studio Station as an objective for research and implementation,this paper analyzes the applicability and limitations of different deformation joint structures.On the basis of research conclusions,the deformation joint structure is optimized and an interlocking deformation joint structure suitable for planting roof is formed,The structure,provided with multiple waterproof and drainage measures,is highly reliable,and it solves the problems of high maintenance difficulty and poor landscape effect in the conventional practice,and can be widely used in roof engineering.
