摘 要:目的探讨分级管理法在临床带教工作中的应用效果。方法将60名于2021年2—8月在该院进行实习的护士实习生(护生)纳入研究,并随机分成A、B两组。A组在常规管理下展开临床带教教学,B组在分级管理法下展开临床带教教学,带教教学后将两组护生阶段考核成绩、思维判断能力及专科能力提升情况进行对比。结果临床带教教学后,B组护生理论及操作考核成绩、思维判断能力评分、生专科能力提升情况、对临床带教方法的满意度均高于A组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分级管理法干预下展开临床带教教学可提升教学质量,并助护生认知更多的理论知识及熟练掌握临床操作技能,亦可提升思维判断能力及专科能力,对护生的全面发展有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management method in clinical teaching.Methods 60 nurse trainees(nursing students)who practiced in the hospital from February to August 2021 were included in the study,and randomly divided into two groups,A and B.Group A carried out clinical teaching and teaching under routine management,and group B carried out clinical teaching and teaching under the hierarchical management method.After the teaching,the assessment results,thinking and judgment ability and the improvement of specialist ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results After the clinical teaching,the nursing students in group B scored the theoretical and operational assessment scores,the scores of thinking and judgment,and the improvement of the students'specialist ability,the satisfaction with the clinical teaching method was higher than that of the nursing students in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out clinical teaching under the intervention of hierarchical management method can improve the quality of teaching,and help nursing students to recognize more theoretical knowledge and master clinical skills.It can also improve the ability of thinking and judgment and professional ability,which has positive significance for the comprehensive development of nursing students.
