老年白内障患者用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年白内障患者应用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗的效果。方法于2018年7月—2021年7月便利选取该院收治的126例老年白内障患者,遵照抽样法随机分为两组,其中63例患者为对照组,63例患者为观察组。对照组应用小切口囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组应用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,以两组患者术前、术后6个月视力、眼压,并发症发生情况,生活质量为观察指标,之后统计比较观察结果。结果术前,观察组与对照组视力、眼压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,观察组视力、眼压水平分别为(0.56±0.14)、(12.41±2.13)mmHg,视力水平显著高于对照组,眼压水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.583、6.582,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、躯体疼痛、心理状态、精神状况、认知功能、社会功能、活力、总体健康评分分别为(89.58±5.42)分、(88.67±5.67)分、(89.57±5.19)分、(90.42±5.61)分、(89.97±5.43)分、(90.13±5.58)分、(88.97±5.88)分、(89.67±5.73)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.220、5.793、5.973、6.154、6.240、6.498、5.059、5.356,P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年白内障患者的效果更加确切,能够进一步改善患者视力与眼压水平,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in elderly cataract patients.Methods The selected study period ranges from July 2018 to July 2021,and the conveniently selected research objects were 126 elderly cataract patients admitted to the hospital.According to the sampling method,they were randomly divided into two groups,of which 63 patients were the control group and 63 patients were the observation group.The control group was treated with small incision extracapsular removal combined with intraocular lens implantation.The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,complications and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and 6 months after the operation were taken as the observation indicators,and then the observation results were statistically compared.Results Before operation,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure levels of the observation group were(0.56±0.14)and(12.41±2.13)mmHg,respectively.The visual acuity level was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure level was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.583,6.582,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05).Observation group physical function,physical pain,mental state,mental state,cognitive function,social function,vitality,overall health score,respectively(89.58±5.42)points,(88.67±5.67)points,(89.57±5.19)points,(90.42±5.61)points,(89.97±5.43)points,(90.13±5.58)points,(88.97±5.88)points,(89.67±5.73)points,significantly higher than the control group,
