术前应用甲硝唑棒对种植牙手术患者牙龈指数、牙齿松动度和龈沟出血指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前应用甲硝唑棒对种植牙手术患者牙龈指数(GI)、牙齿松动度(MD)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)的影响。方法方便选取该院2018年2月—2020年2月期间61例种植牙患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组30例,术前给予碘甘油治疗,观察组31例,术前给予甲硝唑棒治疗,观察两组治疗效果、疼痛情况以及牙周情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(93.55%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.546,P<0.05);术后3 d,观察组疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙周袋深度(PD)(3.54±0.66)mm、GI(1.54±0.11)、SBI(1.71±0.41)分、MD(1.27±0.09)mm水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前应用甲硝唑棒可提高种植牙手术患者治疗效果,减轻疼痛并改善牙周情况。Objective To investigate the effects of metronidazole rod on gingival index(GI),tooth mobility(MD)and gingival sulcus bleeding index in patients undergoing dental implantation(SBI).Methods 61 patients with dental implants in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group treated with iodine glycerin before operation,and 31 cases in the observation group treated with metronidazole rod before operation.The treatment effects,pain and periodontal conditions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.55%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.546,P<0.05).3 d after operation,the pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal pocket depth(PD)(3.54±0.66)mm,GI(1.54±0.11),SBI(1.71±0.41)points and MD(1.27±0.09)mm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative application of metronidazole rod can improve the treatment effect,reduce pain and improve periodontal condition of patients undergoing dental implant surgery.
