人性化护理在小儿血液科临床护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究在小儿血液科开展临床护理工作过程中将人性化护理方法进行应用的临床效果。方法随机选取2018年12月—2020年12月接受治疗的血液科儿童100例,对其展开随机分组,一组50例给予常规护理干预并命名为对照组,另一组50例给予人性化护理干预并命名为研究组,对两组患儿的依从性、不良反应发生率、SAS评分(焦虑评分)、SDS评分(抑郁评分)进行比较分析。结果护理干预后研究组患儿和对照组患儿的治疗依从性分别为90.00%和74.00%,不良反应发生率分别为10.00%和30.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336、6.250,P<0.05)。研究组患儿SAS评分(33.51±2.80)分、SDS评分(42.26±4.24)分,各项指标研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.985、18.070,P<0.05)。结论在小儿血液科开展临床护理工作的过程中,人性化护理干预应用的临床效果较为显著,可提高患儿的治疗依从性,降低负性情绪,减少患儿的不良反应发生率,对临床发展具有积极意义。Objective To explore the clinical effects of applying humanized nursing methods in the clinical nursing work of the Department of Pediatric Hematology.Methods 100 children in the department of hematology who received treatment from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected,and randomized into groups.One group of 50 children received routine nursing intervention and named the control group,and the other group of 50 children received humanized nursing intervention and named the study group.Compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,SAS score(anxiety score),and SDS score(depression score)were compared between the two groups of children.Results After nursing intervention,the treatment compliance of children in the study group and the control group were 90.00%and 74.00%respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions were 10.00%and 30.00%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.336,6.250,P<0.05).SAS score(33.51±2.80)points and SDS score(42.26±4.24)points of children in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.985,18.070,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical nursing work carried out in the Department of Pediatric Hematology,the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention is more significant.It can improve children's treatment compliance,reduce negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children,which is of positive significance for clinical development.
