摘　　要：干眼,归属祖国医学“白涩病”、“神水将枯”等疾病,主要临床特点为:双目干涩、瞬目频繁、久视不舒、眼痒灼热,甚至疼痛,可伴白睛红赤。当前现代医学主要通过人工泪液替代、促进黏蛋白分泌、抗炎、抗菌、免疫抑制、手术及物理治疗等方法,以缓解局部症状,但仍存在价格高昂、具有副作用等局限性。而针刺具有多靶点、调和阴阳、正确使用无损于人体的特点,近年来被广泛运用于干眼症的治疗,是研究的热点。笔者通过挖掘近5年来针灸治疗干眼的文献资料,总结针刺治疗干眼症的相关临床经验,尤其注重特色针刺及新型针刺方法的挖掘,以期为临床决策和开展深入研究提供思路。Dry eye belongs to the category of exterior barrier of traditional chinese medicine ophthalmology.It is similar to“white astringent disease”and“shen water will be dry”.The main symptoms are:eyeball dryness,frequent blinking,dimly blurred,intolerance of long-lasting vision,itching,burning,and even pain,probably no swelling or redness of the whtie eyes,thin red veins can also exits.At present,the main treatment means of modern medicine including lubricating the eye surface by artificial tears,promoting mucin secretion,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,immunosuppressant,surgery and physical therapy,etc.in order to relieve local symptoms,but there are still some limitations such as high price and side effects.In recent years,acupuncture has been widely used in dry eye,which is a research hotspot because of its characteristics of multi-target,harmony between Yin and Yang,and no harm to human body when used correctly.Through the collection of relevant literatures in recent five years,the author summarized the relevant clinical experience of acupuncture on dry eye,especially the innovative acupuncture methods,aiming at providing ideas for clinical decision-making and scientific research.
