摘　　要：自体血清在临床上不但可以代替人工泪液的使用,并且在稳定泪膜方面也效果显著,这主要是因为自体血清中大量的营养成分如免疫球蛋白、细胞因子、补体、抗体等,能够加速角膜上皮细胞的增殖分化和角膜上皮的神经修复,在治疗角膜及眼表疾病中发挥着重要作用[1]。本文将总结近十年来对于自体血清在眼表疾病中的研究与运用发展情况,以便更好地指导临床对于自体血清的研究与探索。Auto-serum can not only be used as a substitute for artificial tears,but also play an important role in stabilizing the tear film,this is mainly because of the serum is rich in nutrients such as immunoglobulin,cytokine,complent and antibodies,which can accelerate the proliferation and differention of corneal epithelial cells and nerve repair.It plays a curcial role in the treatment of ocular surface diseases.This article will summarize the research and application development of auto-serum on ocular surface dieseases in the past ten years,in order to better guide the clinical research and exploration of auto-serum.
