摘 要:目的探讨数字化技术在下颌骨囊性肿物开窗减压术治疗中的应用。方法方便选取2019年1月—2020年2月于该院就诊的64例下颌骨囊性肿物患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为参考组(n=32)、观察组(n=32)。两组均进行开窗减压术治疗,参考组术前进行常规检查,术后制作囊肿塞;观察组术前采用数字化技术模拟定位开窗位置、下牙槽神经,制作囊肿塞。对比两组手术时间与术后6个月、12个月的骨再生厚度;对比两组神经损伤发生率与囊肿塞满意度。结果观察组手术时间短于参考组,术后6个月、12个月的骨再生厚度均大于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组神经损伤发生率为6.25%,低于参考组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05)。观察组囊肿塞满意度为93.75%,高于参考组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05)。结论数字化技术应用于下颌骨囊性肿物开窗减压术治疗中,能缩短手术时间,促进患者骨组织再生,保护下牙槽神经,且患者对该技术较为满意。Objective To explore the application of digital technology in the treatment of mandibular cystic mass with fenestration and decompression.Methods 64 patients with mandibular cystic masses treated in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group(n=32)and an observation group(n=32)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with fenestration decompression,and the reference group was subjected to routine inspections before surgery,and cyst plugs were made after surgery.The observation group used digital technology to simulate the location of the fenestration and the inferior alveolar nerve before the operation to make cyst plugs.The operation time of the two groups was compared with the thickness of bone regeneration at 6 months and 12 months after surgery.The incidence of nerve injury and satisfaction with cyst plugs were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the thickness of bone regeneration at 6 months and 12 months after operation were greater than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nerve injury in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 25.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of cyst plug in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05).Results The application of digital technology in the treatment of fenestration and decompression of mandibular cystic mass can shorten the operation time,promote the regeneration of bone tissue and protect the inferior alveolar nerve,and the patient is satisfied with the technique.
