血清癌抗原、人附睾蛋白4和纤维蛋白原在卵巢癌早期诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究血清癌抗原(CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)在卵巢癌(OC)患者中的诊断价值。方法:以初诊OC患者48例为A组,另取良性卵巢肿瘤36例为B组,健康女性31例为对照组,检测三组患者血清CA125、HE4和FIB水平,比较各指标及联合检测诊断卵巢癌的敏感性和特异性。结果:OC患者血清CA125、HE4和FIB水平高于卵巢良性肿瘤组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OC患者中CA125、HE4和FIB的阳性检出率高于卵巢良性肿瘤患者和对照组,组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测诊断OC的敏感性高于CA125、HE4和FIB单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CA125、HE4和FIB水平在OC患者中显著升高,联合检测CA125、HE4和FIB诊断OC的敏感性高于各指标单独检测,显示出较好的诊断效能。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA125,HE4 and FIB in patients with ovarian cancer.Method 48 patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital were treated as group A,36 benign ovarian tumors were taken as group B and 31 healthy women as control group.The levels of serum CA125,HE4 and Fib in the three groups were detected,and the sensitivity and specificity of all indexes and joint detection were compared.Results The serum CA125,HE4 and FIB levels of ovarian cancer patients were higher than those in the ovarian benign tumor group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive detection rates of CA125,HE4 and Fib in patients with ovarian cancer were higher than those in patients with benign ovarian tumors and the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sensitivity of combined detection in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was higher than that of CA125,HE4 and FIB alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CA125,HE4 and FIB levels were significantly increased in patients with ovarian cancer.The sensitivity of CA125,HE4 and FIB in diagnosis of ovarian cancer was higher than that of other indexes,which showed a better diagnostic effect.
