中西医结合治疗白内障术中暴发性脉络膜上腔出血1例并文献复习

摘　　要：近期我院收治1例白内障术中发生暴发性脉络膜上腔出血患者,经中西医结合治疗后,1年随访观察预后良好,通过对其诊治经过进行总结,并查阅文献进行分析,以期为内眼手术术中暴发性脉络膜上腔出血提供新的诊疗思路。Recently,a case of massive surprachoroidal hemorrhage in cataract surgery was treated in our hospital.After the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the prognosis was good after 1-year follow-up observation.Through the summary of the diagnosis and treatment process and literature review,we hope to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for massive surprachoroidal hemorrhage in internal eye surgery.
